Los artículos comprados en G&H Jewelers pueden devolverse dentro de los 14 días o cambiarse dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha de compra. Cualquier reembolso de las compras en efectivo y con cheque se reembolsará mediante cheque. Los reembolsos de las ventas con cheques se reembolsarán 14 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de venta. La mercancía debe estar en condiciones originales y sin usar. Todo el embalaje, los papeles de garantía y los manuales de instrucciones deben estar intactos. Las liquidaciones, los pedidos especiales, los artículos modificados (incluido el tamaño del anillo) y las piezas personalizadas no se pueden devolver. Los certificados de regalo no se pueden canjear por efectivo.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be advised that there may be potential delays due to high volume orders, custom orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.
For simple flat rate shipping:
We offer $25 flat rate shipping to the U.S. for all orders under $250.
Free shipping for all orders over $250.
We offer in-store and curbside pickup.
Free local delivery is available upon request for orders over $250 within a 20 mile radius and if/when driver available. We will contact you to make convenient arrangements.
In-store pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 45330 Alton Lane, California, MD.
We will call, text and/or send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm and Saturday 9:30am - 4:30pm.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gandh.net or call 301-862-1100 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
